some new improvements in 1.8.5.004

1. you can now only access the End User Agreement of inGame Content  through the agreements menu
2. the "funkin" secret achievement has been removed from the normal achievements

4. fixed not being able to get past the End User Agreement of inGame Content warning message, hence not being able to get to the main menu and play the game (sorry players)
